My name is Juan Espinosa, and I’ve proudly called Pittsburgh home for nearly ten years. My journey here has been anything but ordinary—from competitive cheer coaching and a career in medicine to following my passion into cosmetology. After years of training and nearly two years behind the chair, I’m so excited to finally welcome you into my space. What lights me up most is working with all hair textures and all people. Kinky, curly, coily, wavy, straight—this is multicultural hair care done with intention, skill, and love. Because feeling confident and looking your best is for everybody, bebé. To my girls, gays, theys, and my textured-hair babes—my chair is waiting for you. And to my Spanish-speaking and non-English-speaking friends: aquí siempre hay un lugar para ti. Cancellation Policy

At Juan23Hair, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect our schedule, the following policy applies: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Card on File A valid card is required to secure all appointments. Charges will only be applied in accordance with this policy. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation. Courtesy We understand that emergencies happen. One-time consideration may be given at our discretion.
